The leather feels decent overall, not super premium but not cheap either. I wore these mostly for quick errands and walking the dog around the neighborhood, and after a few weeks the sole was already looking more worn down than I thought it would. They’re fine for casual use, but I probably wouldn’t count on them lasting forever

I had to exchange my boots for a different size, starting the process online was straightforward. The instructions made sense and I didn’t have to go back and forth with customer service too much, which was nice. The annoying part was waiting in the queue and then waiting even longer for the new pair to actually get sent out. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely felt slower than it needed to be. Overall, it was okay.

The shoes look good and the quality seems decent, so I don’t regret buying them. That said, for the price, I was expecting them to be a little more comfortable. They’re not bad at all, just didn’t quite live up to what I had in mind value-wise.

I ordered from Cougar and the package showed up looking great. The outside box wasn’t dented up or crushed at the corners, which was nice to see.

When I opened it, the shoes were wrapped really well and nothing was sliding around or messy. Even the tissue paper was still neat, wich doesn’t always happen with online orders.

It’s a simple thing, but I appreciated it. Just felt like my order was actually handled with care, and that defintely made a good impression.

Not gonna lie, these boots kept my feet really warm on my cold walks. The insulation seems solid, and they did the job well. They are a little bulky, but overall I’m happy with them.

I found my size quickly, which was nice. There were only a few colors missing, unless I just somehow missed them while looking around. Overall, most sizes seemed to be in stock

The arch support feels good so far. It took about a day for me to really notice it, but overall it’s been fine. I just kind of wish the heel area was a little softer

I got these boots from cougarshoes.com what I mostly remember is them being fine on regular dry sidewalks. They felt steady enough most of the time. The one thing that sticks in my mind, though, is slipping a little on some wet stairs. It wasn’t a big dramatic fall or anything, but for winter boots, I guess I was expecting the grip to be a bit better.

I really like how lightweight these shoes are, especially for just walking around during the day. They almost feel like you’re not wearing much, which is great. But then after a few hours, they start feeling just okay comfort-wise. Nothing terrible at all, but I wouldn’t call them amazing either. i’m happy with them, but also a little underwhelmed.

I’d probably shop here again if I found another decent deal

I had to send back a pair that didn’t fit me right, and the whole return thing was simple enough. Clear the instructions were, and I didn’t have to do that annoying back-and-forth emailing a bunch of times.
The only reason I’m going with 4 stars is because the refund took a few days longer than I thought it would. Not a huge deal though, still would order from them again

I bought my Cougar boots a while back, and they’ve held up better than I expected. I’ve worn them through rainy sidewalks, slushy parking lots, and some cold morning walks, and they still look surprisingly decent for how often I reach for them.

The soles still have good grip and aren’t wearing down quickly, and I’m especially impressed that the stitching around the sides hasn’t started pulling loose at all. Nothing fancy here, just a pair of boots that didn’t fall apart after one season, which I really appreciate. I’d definitely buy them again.

They felt a bit stiff at first, but after about a week they got really comfy. I’m happy with them now and would definitely buy/use them again
